Disclaimer and Trademark Notice

The legal position of this site, stated plainly: who owns the names used here, what this site is, and what it does not warrant.

Independent status

This site is written and published independently and has no relationship with any vendor named on it.

Muse Code Guide is an independent reference published at muse-code.app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Meta Platforms, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries, and it is not an official source for any product described on it. It is likewise unaffiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI, Cursor, GitHub, Microsoft, Google or any other company whose products are discussed in comparisons.

For anything official — availability, terms, pricing, capabilities — Meta's own announcement and documentation govern, and this site links to them throughout.

Trademarks

Product and company names appear here for identification only, under nominative fair use.

Muse Code, Muse Spark, Meta and related marks are the property of Meta Platforms, Inc. Claude and Claude Code are marks of Anthropic. Codex and ChatGPT are marks of OpenAI. GitHub and GitHub Copilot are marks of GitHub, Inc. and Microsoft Corporation. Cursor, Windsurf, Devin, Gemini and all other product names are the property of their respective owners.

These names are used on this site solely to identify and describe the products under discussion. No claim of ownership, partnership, authorisation or endorsement is made or implied, and no vendor logo, brand colour scheme or visual identity is reproduced here.

Accuracy and beta volatility

Muse Code is a beta product, so figures published here can be overtaken by a change at any time.

Information on this site is provided for general reference. Considerable care goes into sourcing it — the standard is set out in the methodology — but prices, rate limits, availability, model behaviour and platform support are all subject to change without notice while the product is in beta, and some figures published here derive from third-party reporting because the corresponding vendor page is not machine-readable.

Verify anything you intend to rely on commercially against the vendor's own current documentation. This site gives no warranty, express or implied, as to accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose, and accepts no liability for decisions taken on the basis of its content.

Software, installation and code

Nothing is distributed from this domain, and installation guidance points at the vendor's own channel.

This site does not host, mirror or redistribute any software. Installation instructions quote the command published by the vendor and link the vendor's own documentation, so that readers install from the official source. Running any installer, granting any coding agent access to a repository, and reviewing code an agent produces remain entirely the reader's responsibility.

Treat any AI-generated change as unreviewed until you have read the diff and run your tests. Nothing on this site should be read as security, legal or financial advice.

Outbound links are provided as evidence for claims, not as an endorsement of the destination.

This site links to vendor documentation, independent evaluations, press coverage and public developer discussion so readers can check its claims. It has no control over those destinations and is not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link is a citation, not a recommendation.
